Does every plan include the complete platform?
Yes! We believe an AI Concierge must be unified. Both Professional and Enterprise include all core capabilities: Concierge Agents, Workflow Automation, Relationships (AI-Native CRM), and Customer Portal. There are no per-module add-on fees.
What is the difference between Professional and Enterprise?
Professional provides complete standard platform access with CSV/Excel data import and standard onboarding. Enterprise adds custom database/ERP sync, white-glove data migration support, custom workflow engineering, dedicated account management, priority SLAs, and private deployment options.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Your subscription covers your base platform rate ($1,000/mo) and seat count ($50/user/mo). Additional usage line items—WhatsApp conversations ($0.50), Email conversations ($0.50), and Web Chat conversations ($0.50)—are disclosed up front and billed transparently based on actual usage. Workflows, hold orders, and confirmed orders carry no extra charges.
What is the contract length, and can I cancel?
Professional plans are strictly month-to-month with no long-term contracts required. You can adjust your user seat count or cancel your subscription anytime directly.
How do I import my existing customer data?
Standard Data Import is included in the Professional plan, supporting seamless CSV and Excel (XL) file uploads for contacts, historical tickets, and knowledge documentation. For larger orgs switching off legacy systems, Enterprise offers white-glove migration assistance.
Can I upgrade to Enterprise later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Professional to Enterprise at any time as your organization scales or requires custom database and ERP integrations.
Who owns my data?
