Deevolight was founded by Vinay Chhajlani and Vinod Jain, entrepreneurs and technologists from Diaspark Inc. who have spent decades building enterprise software across retail, manufacturing, and services.
Vinay Chhajlani
Co-Founder, DeevolightVinay Chhajlani is a serial entrepreneur with over two decades of building and scaling technology and media companies. He founded Webdunia.com, a leading digital content publisher in Indian languages, and Diaspark InfoTech, a dual-shore IT services company serving clients across the US and India. He co-founded Nuaig.ai, applying AI, machine learning, and data science to healthcare. Vinay holds an MS in Printing Technology from the Rochester Institute of Technology and a BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.

Vinod Jain
Co-Founder, Deevolight
Vinod Jain brings more than two decades of experience building technology solutions for the jewelry
industry. Since joining Diaspark in 2003, he has worked across technologies and business functions,
building and evolving ERP solutions used by jewelry businesses through Diaspark and Luxare. His
experience combines a deep understanding of business challenges with a passion for applying technology
in practical, innovative ways—an approach he now brings to Deevolight.
Vinod holds a BE in Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani.
